單抗制品即為單克隆抗體（Monoclonal antibody，簡(jiǎn)稱McAb）制品，其由雜交瘤細(xì)胞生產(chǎn)，單克隆抗體其制品純度高、專一性強(qiáng)、效價(jià)高，使用時(shí)可免除不同細(xì)胞及微生物種或株間血清學(xué)上的交叉反應(yīng)，大大提高了診斷的特異性及敏感性。

單克隆抗體是由單一B細(xì)胞克隆產(chǎn)生的高度均一、僅針對(duì)某一特定抗原表位的抗體，稱為單克隆抗體。通常采用雜交瘤技術(shù)來(lái)制備，雜交瘤（hybridoma）抗體技術(shù)是在細(xì)胞融合技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，將具有分泌特異性抗體能力的致敏B細(xì)胞和具有無(wú)限繁殖能力的骨髓瘤細(xì)胞融合為B細(xì)胞雜交瘤。
用具備這種特性的單個(gè)雜交瘤細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)成細(xì)胞群，可制備針對(duì)一種抗原表位的特異性抗體即單克隆抗體。
